Hotel rates, unless otherwise stated, do not include breakfast. Guests have a choice of room service or coffee shop buffet breakfast, and continental or hot American and English-style cooked breakfasts are available. Most hotels provide in-room tea and coffee making.

Many hotels feature ironing boards and irons in the rooms, and most 4 star plus hotels have satellite or cable TV, including CNN. Non-smoking rooms are readily available, and some have non-smoking floors. Most have rooms suited for wheelchair-bound guests on request, and at no extra charge.
