Kingsgate Hotel Oriental Bay is in a delightful spot overlooking Wellington's very pretty inner harbour from Roxburgh Street. It is about 2 kilometres from the central business district, less to the city's shopping precinct.

The three and a half star hotel has 113 rooms and three suites, all with either harbour or city views. They are comfortable and well equipped and most have separate modem ports.
