A private building is being erected opposite the Novotel Gardens Queenstown.

During the period 01 October to 31 March 2023 no disruption is anticipated. During this time a wall will be constructed across the foyer to completely isolate the Wing under construction.

From 01 April 2023 until 30 September 2023 there will be building works going on in the public areas whilst guests are staying (but in stages, to provide minimal disruption). During this time it will be apparent to dining guests that construction is taking place in the accommodation wings adjacent to the restaurant. As effective screening as possible will be employed to minimise the disruption to the view. There is no expected dust disruption.

During the period 31 March to 30 September 2023 screening will also be employed to minimise dust, sound and visual disruption during the renovation of the public areas, restaurant and bar.
